EXTREMISME

2016

Extremism reflects a social mechanism in society. The kinetic installation sets radars in motion and generates energy, resulting in a short show. The work highlights how extremism can disrupt a community, focusing on the action, while the underlying forces often go unnoticed. Korevaar raises ethical questions, where the machine not only drives the narrative but can also take unexpected turns, reflecting the dynamics of society. The work shows how structural forces affect the way we perceive the world.
